I visited Van Der Valk Hotel Emmeloord for a Thanksgiving getaway. The room was spacious and comfortable, with two armchairs and a separate writing desk. The breakfast room's exceptional lighting stood out, and the breakfast selection was top-notch. The staff was friendly and well-trained. The overall hotel ambiance was lovely and cozy, making my short stay enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern luxury of the hotel's countryside location by a lake. Despite some outdated aspects, the hospitality of the staff and the charming bar area made it a delightful experience. My gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful stay.
